Returns 
We want you to love your Dressing Room purchase, so if anything is not quite as you'd hoped we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of your order.

All you have to do is:

-Package your return and include your name, order number and reason for return in the package.

- Post package to The Dressing Room 17-19 Scotch Street Armagh BT61 7BY, we recommend using recorded delivery and keeping your proof of postage until refund is processed.

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, to the original purchasing card.

 

Please Note:

SALE ITEMS WITH 50% OR MORE OFF CANNOT BE RETURNED. ALL ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.

- Items must be returned unworn and in good saleable condition with all original labels attached.

- We recommend all returns are sent by recorded delivery.

- The Dressing Room does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.

- Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete. 

- The Dressing Room does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.

- Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
